Fagoon Ads
A self-serve ad network for the Fagoon ecosystem
Project Overview
Fagoon Ads works like a focused, in-house AdSense for the Fagoon product family. Advertisers sign up, load funds, create campaigns and upload ads, which are reviewed before going live. Publishers drop a single script into their site, mark the slots where ads should appear, and get paid a share of every click.
Monetizing Traffic Without the Middlemen
Large ad networks take a big cut, give publishers little control over what appears on their pages, and offer niche advertisers no direct way to reach a specific audience. Managing ad deals manually doesn't scale either, leaving both sides with slow setup, unclear pricing and little visibility into results.
The Approach & Technology
Fagoon Ads connects advertisers and publishers through a transparent, automated marketplace:
Real-Time Bid Auctions
A background auction runs every 30 seconds, ranking active, funded campaigns by bid for each placement and caching the top five winners. Ads rotate across header, sidebar, in-page and footer slots, each with its own minimum bid.
One-Script Publishing
Publishers add a single script and a few placeholder divs, and ads appear and rotate automatically. A live slot monitor shows exactly what's running in each position, and every creative is reviewed before it goes live.
Prepaid, Pay-Per-Click Billing
Advertisers fund their balance through Stripe and are charged only when someone clicks. Every top-up is recorded as a transaction, and bids are stored in millionths of a dollar for precise accounting.
Signed Click Tracking and Revenue Sharing
Clicks pass through signed tokens and hashed-IP checks that filter duplicates before the advertiser is charged. Publishers keep 70% of each click by default, with adjustable shares per platform and payouts processed by admins.
The Result
Advertisers get a direct, self-serve way to reach Fagoon's audiences with clear pricing and live reporting, while publishers earn revenue from a single line of code, with full control over what runs on their pages.
